Private one-on-one training tailored directly to connecting the mind & body, safely taking you through an exercise program that will not only help you reduce body fat while gaining lean muscle, but also improve your posture, increase your flexibility, & reduce joint stress. 

All programs include an assessment on Day 1. On your 2nd day of training, I will implement your customized personal training program based on your choice of package and assessment results.

Buddy Training

Reap the benefits of head-to-toe assisted stretching to help increase mobility, flexibility and help improve muscle function. Assisted stretching allows the rest of the body to completely relax as I guide your muscles to places they couldn’t reach alone.

A class designed for beginners, if you are a recovering from an injury, coming back from a workout hiatus, or want an easier workout on rest days! LIIT is designed to encourage you to get active through dynamic integrated exercises,reach fitness goals that keep your heart healthy and your body injury free-all while having fun!
